Do you cover older appliances?
Yes. We cover older appliances as long as they are in full working order when you join. To register the appliance, simply send us a WhatsApp video showing it working correctly.
Is this an insurance policy?
No. We provide a repair-or-replacement guarantee, not an insurance policy. If a covered appliance breaks down, we’ll repair it or replace it.
What happens if my appliance can't be repaired?
If your appliance can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with a similar model of equivalent specification.
